This Privacy Policy describes how Tranquility Insights LLC, doing business as Wild Texas (“Wild Texas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and retains information in connection with WildTexas.com and the Wild Texas Travel Calculator.

- Location text you enter into the Travel Calculator
- A custom logo or related branding information uploaded by eligible Business subscribers

Information Collected Automatically
When you use the website or Service, our systems and service providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, referring pages, security events, diagnostic information, and cookies or similar technologies used for authentication, preferences, security, and website operation.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Wild Texas does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy policy and terms.
3. Travel Calculator and Location Data
The Travel Calculator processes the location text you enter and may send that text, along with technical request information, to third-party mapping, geocoding, routing, map, hosting, or infrastructure providers to return location suggestions, coordinates, maps, estimated travel times, distances, route geometry, and directions.
When Recent searches is enabled, Wild Texas may retain the location text you entered and limited account and search metadata so that you can submit those locations again. Recent searches are not permanently fixed routes. Reopening a Recent search initiates a new geocoding and routing request, and the result may differ from an earlier calculation.
Unless Wild Texas has obtained the rights and account configuration required for permanent geocoding storage, we do not intentionally retain third-party temporary geocoding coordinates, standardized geocoding results, route geometry, map tiles, turn-by-turn directions, or calculated route outputs for reuse across sessions. Temporary technical information may be processed in memory or retained briefly in logs, caches, transients, backups, security systems, or diagnostic records as reasonably necessary to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the Service.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the website and Travel Calculator
- Create and manage accounts and subscriptions
- Process route requests, maps, directions, printing, and recent-location shortcuts
- Provide customer support and communicate about accounts or subscriptions
- Process payments and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
- Diagnose technical problems and enforce our Terms of Use
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and users
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, including WordPress or hosting providers, Stripe, mapping and routing providers such as Mapbox, email and support providers, security providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information.

The website may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, account sessions, preferences, security, fraud prevention, and core functionality. Third-party services embedded in or supporting the website may also use their own technologies subject to their policies.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating accounts and subscriptions, providing Recent searches, meeting legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed, used, or disclosed without authorization.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us. Certain information may be retained when required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, backup, or recordkeeping purposes.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Travel Calculator is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Service.

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
