Hi,
I'm new to this forum so please excuse me if I am posting in the wrong place.
We are traveling from Wisconsin to Big Bend National Park in our MH the end of Feb. We are planning on spending a few days in/around Fort Davis and want to take a few days to do some canoeing. Day trips are the best for us. We have experience with class 1-1V rapids. Any ideas for us?

I suggest you check the postings on BigBendchat.com for many suggestions about floating in BB. I like the overnight float through Santa Elena canyon.
A good day trip that does involve moving water is through Colorado Canyon. The take out is at Lajitas. You need a permit from Big Bend Ranch state park, headquarters is just outside of Lajitas at Barton Warnock Center.
