You know what makes walking even more enjoyable by listening to country artist Gary Allan. I heard Gary Allan through my co-worker who works for Universal Music Group. And I must say it is off the hook. The way he sings makes his music sound unlike no other, and it makes walking even more enjoyable.

OMolly75, I agree with music and walking. I have an Ipod that keeps me company for my almost daily walks. This helps me keep my sanity for my walking for health regimen. On the other hand, if I walk at the parks we go to, no music. I like to hear the kids laughing and just the camp talk in general.
