New Photos

Heya Folks,

I just uploaded some selected pics from a quick trip to the San Jacinto Monument & Battleship Texas. I'd appreciate it if someone could ID that duck for me. I know its a common species but I dunno about ducks.

A few of my pics from the Hill Country SNA/Lost Maples SNA/Fort McKavett trip will be posted in the next day or so.

That shot at Lost Maples overlooking Camping Area C gives credence to your comment of it being one of the nicest camping areas in the park. I also noted a park service truck backed up to what I assume was the new restrooms under construction.

Too big to be a duck -- my bets go on "goose"! It's not a Canada goose, but other than that I'm not sure.
