A pilot program to provide
wireless Internet service at Texas State Parks begins January 1st. I have yet to find out which five parks are part of the pilot program, but they will likely be ones that are fairly well developed with a large RV camping contingent. The article indicates the pilot program may be focused on the Texas coast, where "winter Texans" (RV campers from colder climes who flock to Texas with the onset of winter) are prevalent.
If anyone has any other information on this, please share. It's intriguing.
