Trip Hill country

Hi!
We are planning a trip to Hill country last week of march. We are from the Netherlands (Europe) and visiting family in Austin during Spring Break. We're planning to rent a RV (suggestions where to rent?) for about a week to see more of Texas. We have two small children, ages 2 and a baby of 7 months. So we are looking for a trip and parks that are also suitable for little kids (we ourselves prefer a park with privacy in natural surroundings). Our two year old loves to swim. But aren't the lakes to cold? Are there parks with heated pools? We've read some reviews about Inks Lake State park. Is it suitable for little kids?

Thanks!!
Yvonne
