Powder Beach/Bluff? - Wild Texas Forums: Parks, Travel & Recreation

Hi! Just wondering if anyone can tell me where a beach know as Powder Beach or Powder Bluff is located? I'm a teacher and a student brought in sand from this beach with a bit of history; the first people who stepped on the island thought the sand so soft it was like powder. I am under the impression that it is just part of Padre Island, but could be mistaken.:confused: Thanks for your help!
