Inks Lake is full. Now and then they let more water through so that it actually runs over the dam, so you can see it a few inches higher but that's normally about it. At present they are not letting enough water through for it to go over the dam but it's just a couple of inches below the top. Buchanan is down quite a bit and Travis is way down.
