Hey guys it's in the mid-90s...anyone thinking camping soon?

That's almost ten degrees cooler than it has been all summer!

LOL! Yup, we hadn't been thinking about it but with this "cold" spell we're trying to get something going for this weekend.
Kinda of last minute so will probably just try to snag something close to home just for one night but hey, it's camping!!!

Woohoo!!

We're considering a mid-October trip to Buescher State Park during the new moon. Hoping the trees might start having a little color to them by then. I've never been there but it sounds like a nice little park.

Re: Hey guys it's in the mid-90s...anyone thinking camping soon?

We were at Sam Houston NF over Labor Day weekend. Was worried about how the temps would be, but we had low to mid 90's....which felt pretty good after all those 100°+ days back home.

Hoping to get out camping again in another week or two...maybe Texoma.
