We used to camp there. They have a trailer loop and some real pretty water (tent) sites. Part of the Lone Star Trail runs by it. They have a lake and paddle boats, canoes and a concession stand (in season?). Nice spot and near the town of Coldsprings which has stores etc. Try a trip to wolf creek park (if it is open). They do close. Our kids love Wolf Creek.
Oh Yeh it is near Lake Livingston and not to far from the State Park.
