Once again we had a great time at Cooper. Started off so nice with hot Texas weather, made the beach water seem cold
Here are some pictures Slideshow of pictures, photos, and videos, from webshots
Place was full for memorial day but at least 5 sites didn't show up
Did lots or R & R, last day was a bummer had a trailer flat, that got plugged on site, then pulled into the space to store and had a liquid leak around the back tire, what a bummer. Looks like $$$
Still recommend the park, here is last report we did, it now is a 2 hour trip as we avoid Hwy 30 best we can

I found some more notes on the sites, hope this helps when you go. In the area called Bright Star where we were, Sites 12-15 back up to the lake sites 14 -15 are pull throughs, site 2 is well shaded also. In Deer Haven area sites 47-58 and 78-87 are on an internal road, of these 62,64 & 66 go to the water.
Tent sites (primative) avoid 88. 94-101 (some of these are in the pictures) go to the water and well shaded.
