My brother & I just went boating up on the North side of Lake Conroe & launched from this boat dock. This looks like a nice, secluded place to camp with hookups. We were there on Sunday morning & in 2 campgrounds only saw 4-6 RV's. The boat dock is close & fishing must be good! While we were launching a couple came in with kayaks & a HUGE string of fish.

Turn Key

Got a friend who lives down that way. He and his wife camp there often and they have even "hosted" a time or two in that park. They think it's great and have been wanting us to come down that way. Got a 4-5 day trip coming up at the end of November with no placed planned. Hmmm? Will have to think about that.
