Talking OK! I'm Here!

OK, Shannon,
I've been lurking around here for about a year now but have not registered until today. Noticed about a month ago that I couldn't post without registering but still decided to wait a bit. Guess it was because I spend so much time on other boards I figured that I just didn't have the time for one more to watch.
Some of your members may recognize my "username" as I use the same one on all the boards I visit. Security demands I not give my real name but I don't want to hide behind a number of aliases. You may remember me as the "The Un-Named Texan". No longer that now !
Noted that you have added your picture to your posts. That may be what finally got me to register. You've got a nice smile! Have a great day and happy camping!

Well, it's about time you signed in! Seriously, it is my pleasure to have you and others here, "un-named" or not. WELCOME ABOARD, Turn Key! I'm glad you'll be making the rounds to Wild Texas when you're able!

Yeah, I'm not thrilled I had to go that route. It's the simplest way to cut down on forum spammers -- folks who troll the Net posting ads and links to inappropriate websites on every forum they can. Doesn't stop 'em entirely, but is a needed deterrent.

Anyway, make yourself at home here and just holler if there's anything I can do to make your visits more enjoyable. That goes for everybody here, by that way!

PS: Flattery will get you everywhere!
