It is Yosemite Valley ,we stayed 4 nights in Curry village in the wall tents they rent out. We even used the bear box for food.(The park has bear boxes, and bears do bother with food if its around enough.) However, the mini bears (chipmunks) were more of a pest than any bear
The picture was taken when the mist was lifting near inspiration point (may have been at Valley View)
Truely a place to see, Mist trail up to Nevada falls was spectacular but hard on the knees.
