Talking Hot Dog!!!

Just found out today that it looks like we're going to have a week at Inks Lake SP in mid-November ! Hadn't planned on that one and it will be in addition to 3 other vacation trips we're doing this year (8 days at Kerrville-Schreiner last April, 2 1/2 weeks in South Dakota next month and 1 week at an undetermined location at the end of November). Who could ask for anything more. Talk about being well blessed !

Happy Camping!

Re: Hot Dog!!!

Congratulations! We love Inks Lake and will be spending a couple of days there in September. It is a gorgeous place to just kick back and do nothing. You don't even mind if the fish aren't biting because its great to just be there.

We drive through Burnet on the way to my in-laws from Dallas. Beautiful town!

If you have time take a little trip to: http://www.zooexotics.com/
I took my girls there & it was so much fun!

Re: Hot Dog!!!

Turnkey,
I assume you'll be seeing Mount Rushmore? It's quite an inspiring place. The Black Hills are beautiful. And you'll be off of the highways before the bikers make their pligrammage to Sturgis. Drop a coin or two in the slots at Deadwood. Kevin Costner will thank you.
