looking for tips and knowledge on Brackenridge Park fishing

Hello there, I'm wondering about the fishing at Brackenridge park. Like any sort of fishing report from the park, what kinds of fish are there, any bag limits, exceptions for limits, tips on where to fish in the park. I'm just looking for anything that can help a new angler have some fun. Thanks for anything you can provide me with.

The park is just too close to work for me not to want to head down there after work or just go bright and early in the morning. Ha, yall have a good one!

HAPPY FISHING!

You can have all the talapia and armored catfish you want. In the winter TPWD stocks it a couple times with trout. That's ok if you don't mind the crowd. The fish don't make it through the year, so you'll never see a big one there.
