I am looking for a spot to hunt squirrel in west Texas(Sterling, Coke, Irion, Crockett, & Tom Green Counties). Anyone out there know someone that would allow me to run my hound after some squirrel. I only hunt on Saturday mornings, and I live in Stanton. So looking for something within a 2 hr or less drive. Thanks.
Don't think your going to find anything that far west in Texas. It is not a big Squirrel hunting area at all. Your best bet is to look for any Pecan Orchards and ask the owners.
