Howdy,
I live in Schertz just outside of San Antonio. I’m retired Military and 68 years old with a new fresh water fishing boat. I like fishing for all species; any day, anytime, day or night. I do prefer to fish during week days (because it isn’t as crowded) but will fish week ends also. The coast is great also and I’ll fish off docks, wade, shore and of course a boat if I’m lucky enough to find someone that has a salt water one and needs a fishing partner. Have you logged on to Alamo Area Anglers? There are folks from all over, even a couple from Schertz/LiveOak area. I might be going out to Calaveras next week sometime. Still waiting for my schedule from work.

I'll give Alamo Area Anglers a try. Sure will be glad when I find someone to go with as my wife doesn't like me to fish alone at all. My body is 68 but my mind is still 28.
