Just noticed while processing a renewal of my state vehicle registration that there is a website that you can use to report smoking vehicles (you know, the ones you might call "mosquito killers" in jest). While all vehicles are sources of pollution, vehicles improperly maintained are even worse.
If you jot down the license plate number of the vehicle, you can report it at
www.smokingvehicle.org.
