USAA on Tuesday issued a challenge to San Antonio commuters to join a carpool program and cut driving by three million miles by this fall.

It is so wonderful to see that many people are beginning to focus on conserving energy once again! I know I am dating myself, but in the 70's it was of major focus. It's a refreshing change to see so many join in on this importat issue once again.
