Re: Simple hot camp meals?

[quote=hotrod185;8008]Hi Connie,
You mentioned in your first post that you only have a camp stove. While searching for recipies, don't forget the camp fire.

I have a few meals planned on the fire I am so excited already we leave in 25 days as of tomorrow. I can not wait. That is if this weather cklears up we are going to Garner. I have used some ideas from here and made them my own shh dont tell the kids there are onions in them. Well I am so excited anyhow I am counting the days. Thanks for all the help the meal plan is set not in stone but I have started buying some stuff. Am I ahead of myself yet? How soon is to soon to start all this stuff?

Thanks,
Connie

Thanks for the link! Sure wish I'd have had some of those recipes when daughter was in Girl Scouts... we ate a lot of pancakes cooked on a coffee can! A little variety would have been welcome but our imaginations were limited.
