What's everyone doing? Realizing just how desperately the state needs rain, I pray it goes everywhere except for where we'll be camping this weekend.

Headin out after work Friday for South Llano River SP and Abilene SP. My son is looking forward to seeing Buffalo Gap Village. I was hoping it wasn't going to be so hot. You're only young once. ( I might be stretchin' it a bit) Good thing there is a river/pool where we're going. Swimsuit and river shoes are already packed!

Inks Lake for us. I started trying to get a site in July but they were booked up completely. I tried every day for 2 weeks before one came open and I snagged it. :laugh: We're meeting my brother there & he's bringing his boat. I am excited! DS is excited to be 'jumping off the cliff' again. He wants to try to get my brother to do it too. Ummmmm, I'll be SURE to take pics if that happens!!
