    Halloween at State Parks

    New here with a question.
Every year Purtis Creek State Park has a big Halloween Festival with trick-or-treating thru the park, a carnival, haunted house, etc. We were hoping to actually camp out this year, but the park is already full and it's only July!

I'm curious if there are other parks around Texas that might do the same thing?

    Thanks

I hope one of them works out to be a perfect alternative to your original plans. Enjoy! (You're wise to be planning ahead... I really need to get back into planning mode so Justin, kidlet & I can enjoy some park activities when it's not as hot as the surface of the SUN! )
