Full hook up

that is water, electric and sewer???

Yep! The "electric" can be 20, 30 or 50 amp service but is normally at least 30 amp. Can't recall the last time I saw a park with only 20 amp service to the sites.

My understanding is that water-electric are "partial hook ups". Adding the sewer hook up makes 'em "full".
