Camping plans for 2012?

Anyone made reservations for 2012 yet?

In April we are heading to Meridian SP

In May, Ray Roberts (Johnson Branch), also I am looking into Park hosting at that park

For Memorial Day weekend, heading to Cooper Lake (South) (Parks are already filling for memorial day weekend)

So who else is going !

Hi there! I haven't posted here or been able to get out and go camping in FOREVER!

No camping for us this year. We recently found out we are expecting baby #3 which is fantastic! However I am not real keen on tent camping while big and pregnant.

The plan was to head to Lake Ouachita in Arkansas this summer but baby is due in September and dh wants to take his vacation time when the baby is born. Soooooooo this trip has now been moved to summer 2013. We are hoping to do a long weekend trip next spring, hopefully March or April to South Llano or Tyler SP.

Hope everyone has great camping in 2012!

Was at Inks when you posted this. Pretty good trip and wouldn't mind going back in fall. Beyond that, nothing planned and I've already put the trailer "to bed" for the summer

. Not real happy about it but it is what the boss wanted and I can always wake the trailer up again if we have a change of heart. We'll see.

October is the best time for camping and enjoys flora. One could observe beautiful natural scenaries during fall. You just need to carry some warm sleeping bag, mat, and layered clothes .
