Camping at Lake Georgetown

Can anyone report on tent camping (not primitive - w/water and elect)? It's pretty close to home and I'd like to try it with the kiddos. Did a search here in the forums but only found backpacking and hiking reports. What about the regular car/tent sites? Privacy at all? Bathrooms are a big deal to me...I don't expect the Hyatt, but do like reasonably clean flushable toilets and a hot shower. That's why I usually like the state parks, but they're staying full and we want to go pretty close to home.

Any help is appreciated!
