Cabin camping on Guadalupe River - Wild Texas Forums: Parks, Travel & Recreation

We would like to rent a cabin on the Guadalupe River this summer. We would like to be on the lower river past Canyon Lake. I think that is where everybody tubes down the river. Does anybody know of any place we can contact? We have stayed at Guadalupe River State Park, and loved it, but would like to be somewhere different this year. You want to stay below Canyon Lake. There are many places, but you would just need to search on Google or Yahoo to find what you need. You may also want to check on Gruene and New Braunfels.

The drought/flood cycle in this area has closed many businesses, so you would want uptodate information. We are in a drought situation, so no whitewater around here.
