Centennial Celebration Series: Easter at the Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm — This year's events are dedicated to Lyndon B. Johnson helping to "Celebrating the Life of a Man & the Land that He Loved" in the 100th year of his birth. Celebrate Easter like a traditional 1915 German farm family would have. Park interpreters will be making natural dyed Easter eggs, lamb cake and grass Easter nests, as the early settlers would have made them. While visiting, you will also have an opportunity to participate in some traditional activities common to that time period such as friendship card giving.
