Come along on a leisurely hike through the Lost Pines! On this 1-1/2-hour hike you will learn about the history, flora and fauna of the park, the significance of the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) and the endangered Houston toad. Meet at the playground kiosk. Bring water and wear comfortable shoes.

Every Saturday. Looking for something fun and exciting to do with your young ones? Join us as we explore the wonderful world of wildlife. From scales to feathers, amphibians to zebras (zebra long wing butterflies that is) kids ages 5-14 will have a chance to get up close and personal with some of the amazing wildlife that lives at the park.
