General Registration for the 2008 BP MS 150 Bike Tour has closed. Registration reached its capacity on Oct. 11, 2007, closing in a record time of less than two weeks.

Online, walk-in, fax, mail and phone registrations can no longer be accepted. Walk-up registrations will not be accepted at any Packet Pick-Up or at the April 11th, 2008 Houston Omni Westside Expo.

Demonstrations and reenactments from the nineteenth century will entertain and educate the public about life before lightswithches graced most homes. These demonstrations may include basket making, blacksmithing, spinning and weaving, bucket making, potterymaking, pioneer toys and games, doing laundry the hard way and many others. Military reenactors may include the volunteer armies of the Republic of Texas, Civil War soldiers, Buffalo Soldiers and cowboy reenactors.
