Guadalupe Mountains NP - Bush Mountain Trail conditions?

Has anyone hiked the Bush Mountain trail from the Blue Ridge junction down to Dog Canyon? I hear it is one of the most infrequently hiked trails in the park and I'm curious as to it's condition.
