There's no traditional hiking trail that links the two parks, but there is a 12 mile paved roadway linking them. TPWD recommends only serious bicyclists use the roadway, probably because you're sharing it with vehicles and some sections are hilly.

I've never rode it, myself. Driven it plenty of times when we're out in that neck o' the woods.
