The most hiking Justin and I have done so far in a Wildlife Management Area (in Texas) was a Walter E. Buck WMA, which adjoins
South Llano River State Park. We've been to Kerr WMA a few times (and it's been more than several years), but there was just a long self-guided road tour through the various ecosystems -- no trails, off-road travel.
It may not be an exhaustive list, but we have
48 wildlife management areas listed here on
WildTexas.com. No ratings or personal reviews yet of those, however.
