Hi everyone, I'm new around here but love message boards that have to do with hiking/backpacking, and camping. I'm obsessed with all of them and do it all year round. When I can't be on the trails or sleeping in a tent somewhere, it's always nice to read of others experiences and bone up on tips and helpful park information.
This weekend I'm heading to Bastrop Lake Park South Shore. I've not been there yet and wonder if anyone can tell me about it real quick before I head out tomorrow. I am so excited. I think this is going to be a great weekend for the outdoors.
