Fridays, especially in the mornings before folks get off work (some people get off work early on Fridays) would be good. Back when Justin and I were both off on Fridays from our respective corporate jobs, we'd head to high visitation parks and it was usually quiet and sane at even the busiest of parks (with the exception of Garner SP in the summer, of course.
