Lake Arrowhead is the only state park that I know of. I saw the coarse but didn't have time to play a round. There is a small description on the PDGA directory.
http://www.pdga.com/course/courses_by_city.php?id=858 From what I saw it looked like all mesquite trees and knee high grass except for the narrow fairways that were mowed short. Must be played in cooler weather with bright colored disc if you tend to be like me and sling some wild throws into the rough.
