Similar situation for us. We got our schedules late. I was unsure if I would get the holiday off, or not. We are headed to Seminole Canyon. We've been before but got rained out. The trip down is just under 4 hours. We'll take a few hikes to see the rock drawings and spend some time over at Lake Amistad. Lockhart is probably quite nice. Post up when you get back. Lockhart isn't that far from SA and we've never been, yet.
