Does the wife know just how primitive HCSNA is? Just make sure you share your research with her. I have a thing about decent bathrooms, so we pretty much limit ourselves to the state parks, but that's just me.
I like to have water and electric hookups too. Not exactly roughing it, but I gotta have my DVD player, a good movie, and a cocktail when the kids go to bed! :rolleyes:
We also take the hottest summer months off from camping. Just can't deal with it. When my youngest gets older and we can spend the worst part of the day in the water, we'll resume. Someday we'll get a pop-up. Although this year has been so mild and wet, you never know what you'll get around here. We just got back from Port Aransas and it rained the WHOLE time. 3 hours of beach time out of 4 days. RAIN, RAIN, GO AWAY!!!!!
