Be sure and read your instructions for your tent,some tents can be harmed by sealants.WalMart-Academy-REA-sell sealants .most are in spray cans that smell really bad until they dry .I use Campdry brand and had good results.Be sure you test a small area on your tent before doing the whole tent,some can discolor and even weaken the material.Make sure you let it air out and dry before taking down.My daughters tent only requires a good hose down to protect from weather,mine a Coleman, leaked until I sealed it with Campdry,I used 2 cans.I hoped this helps some.
