i do not have any specific knowledge about the restrooms at Mustang. My remeberence of the park from a day trip, there is that the bikes would not be used that much to warrant the space. Your post seemed to indicate your post on other boards had been ignored. While I may not have all the pertinent information needed, I at least made sure you were not ignored!
Some one I am sure will have some specific information for you. happy camping
