Here it is the middle of March and some parts of the country still have snow. So what did we do this morning? Took the 'yaks out to Whitney Lake for about 4 hours of paddling
! Very nice way to spend the morning and if the weather is as least as good next Thursday, I believe we'll do it again
!
Also, we found that the bluebonnets are already started there. Saw about a dozen in bloom and given the number of shoots we saw, this is going to be a killer year for them!!! Nothing beats bluebonnets in spring:cool:!
