Colorado Bend is all primitive. It has no showers. Check out the parks and wildlife site. It will show all that CB has to offer. The park fills up when the fish are biting. The fishing is good if you catch the run.

Here is a
blog post I did about Colorado Springs SP. This park was two large ranches and the ammenities are few. If you are in a large group, its fine. You hike your patooties off if you want to see the sites.
in San Saba, Mill Pond Park includes a small spring fed lake, waterfalls, swimming pool and picnic sites, a pavilion, tennis courts and playground equipment. Hookups for recreational vehicles are also available. The park is five blocks east of the courthouse. They do not take reservations, but you can call city hall to ask if there are any available.
I do not know about that other park. Seems like I called them one time and they sounded nice. Call and talk to them. Tourism is the lifeblood of these small campgrounds.
