Inks Lake SP (only one close to you), Mineral Wells SP and Cedar Hill SP (at least the last time I was there). I also seem to recall that Tyler and Caddo Lake SP's have boat rental but I'm not sure. All cost more then I believe they should but I don't mind it as much at Inks Lake as the profit goes back into the system.

Inks is a really nice place to paddle. Been there many times and always enjoy paddling the shoreline, particularly in the evening. Much to see. FYI: my avator is our rig (with 'yaks mounted) at "Mr. Ranger's" station at Inks. Great park.
