There is a new FREE hiker shuttle started just this summer in Estes Park. It picks up and drops off at the Estes Park Visitor Center and transports folks to the Park n Ride on Bear Lake Road in the National Park. Of course, you'll need to pay your entrance fee at the toll both or have your permit.
From the Park n Ride, a NP shuttle takes you to various trailheads in the Bear Lake corridor.
I'm not sure how late in the season the free EP shutttle operates.
