Only place I can think to suggest is The Devils Waterhole at Inks Lake State Park. Don't believe it will be closer for you but it is nice. Here's a link to some pix:

There is/was a rope swing on the far side of the river at Guadalupe River State Park. It was at the west end of the "Day Use" area but I don't believe it was something the park had anything to do with. May not even be there by now.
