Having never laid eyes on Joe Pool's shoreline before, it's hard for me to tell.
At the marina, there were signs saying low water warning, but the ramps and floating docks all looked fairly normal as did the breakwater.
On one end of the park they have day areas with covered picnic tables very near the water. There is a sort of seawall there that one would assume is rarely submerged and the waves were breaking over it (pretty windy and gray). So it looked like water leverl was fairly normal.
