That's pronounced bou-quet, just like the cut flowers. I know. DW had one for years when we were still in tents and PU's :yes: .
PS: You can get a plastic cover for these buckets at Lowes or Home Depot. They fit well and when the bucket handle is in the "up" position, it pretty well locks the top on.
