I was born in San Diego, CA and spent all the way up to 4th grade there. I had the typical "cowboys, Texan drawl, tumbleweeds and oil wells" type view of Texas and the whole reason WildTexas.com exists is to share the beauty, diversity and opportunities of our Lone Star State.
