You want to stay below Canyon Lake. There are many places, but you would just need to search on Google or Yahoo to find what you need. You may also want to check on Gruene and New Braunfels.
The drought/flood cycle in this area has closed many businesses, so you would want uptodate information. We are in a drought situation, so no whitewater around here.
