YES, thank heaven! Something I always disliked about the TCP program was that ridiculous sticker in the window - which relegated just one vehicle for our visits... else we'd be charged the entrance fees if we brought the other car.
Much as I like the plastic card, the state could probably save some of that "park money" if they came up with a way to renew/recharge the thing (similar to a phone card)... rather than issuing another hunk of plastic each year.
